We’re a small design agency with big experience.

Formed in 2003, with two clients: Tower Homes (L&Q) and Peabody, we’ve attracted clients all over England including commercial and residential property developers, property sales and marketing agencies, larger graphic design agencies and the education sector.

We deliver marketing campaign collateral for the largest and smallest schemes our clients bring to market, across all tenures, from 3 to 300 units, creating around 30 brands a year.

Emma Maddick at EMC360

Emma's a chartered marketer with almost 20 years’ experience in the new build property sector

Emma has a wealth of experience at a senior level, delivering innovative marketing strategies for both Sales and Build-to-Rent (BTR) projects. Emma has successfully brought to market complex multi-tenure JVs and large-scale placemaking schemes including Barking Riverside (£3Bn, L&Q), Royal Albert Wharf (£40M, Notting Hill Sales) and Porter’s Edge (£500M, Folio & Sellar JV). 

Having worked both client and agency-side, Emma has expertise managing multiple stakeholders to successfully deliver brand strategies and lead generation

campaigns. 

In addition to her many years leading teams to deliver marketing strategies for private sale and Shared Ownership developments, more recently Emma worked as a Marketing Consultant for Way of Life, a dedicated Build-to-Rent fund, where she successfully oversaw the launch of their first two flagship developments in Birmingham and Leicester. 

Emma was a long-standing member of the National Housing Awards steering group and is a judge for the First-time Buyer Awards.

Michelle Arthur at Athena Web Design

With a First Class Honours in Media (specialising in Web) Michelle went on to become an eLearning developer for Learn HQ and designed and developed the company’s website.

 

Michelle was the head web developer at Brace Creativity Agency, where she oversaw the day-to-day work load of the development team.

 

Michelle has been a co-owner at award-winning Athena Web Designs Ltd since 2011.


Edward Thomson at Newman Thomson Printers

Edward is joint owner of Newman Thomson. a printing company formed in Sussex 2005

Newman Thomson is an SME and employs 25 people. Their roles are all in relation to admin, printing and delivery.

Robert Bohlke

Robert has worked as a designer and illustrator for 25 years, he has worked almost exclusively in housing association property for the last 14 years and is the creative lead behind all of Sesame’s latest projects.


His past clients include major blue chip commercial and residential property developers. His role is to design brands, brochure spreads, website layouts, signage concepts
