Case Study: Weavers Quarter
Weaver's Quarter was a large regeneration in the LB Barking & Dagenham, developed by Barking Reside, in partnership with L&Q. It comprised over 300 units, spread across 3 tenures and 5 marketing phases.
Our client wanted to achieve higher rates of owner-occupiers in this central part of Barking and took an opportunity to regenerate the Gascoigne Estate to provide outright sale, Shared Ownership and commercial property.
The brief was to create a slick, dark marketing brand that looked exclusive and to reflect this area's history relating to the weaving industry.
Case Study: No. 1 Creekside
Creekside was LB Lewisham's first new development since change of legislation.
This was a smaller scheme of around 20 units, owned and developed by new entity: Lewisham Homes.
Marketing focused on an exciting, creative community, independent retail and lifestyle, appropriate for the younger end of the normal SO market.
