1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom Shared Ownership apartments, built on the site of a former sorting office in Brentford
Project has so far comprised: design of brand and 28-page brochure, marketing signage, advertising, promotional items and the design & installation of branded sales aids in the marketing suite.
The brief asked us to
Reflect the site’s history as a former Royal Mail sorting office without courting anachronistic associations.
Emphasise outstanding attractions in the local area, including access to open green space at Syon Park, Kew Gardens & Richmond Park, aspirational high quality leisure and retail at Chiswick and Richmond and Thames-side activities
Emphasise improvements in Brentford’s local amenities without drawing attention to competing sales at The Brentford Project
Emphasise local creative communities
Emphasise convenient transport links
Create an exciting, distinctive, memorable, bold, solid, punchy brand with bright colours. Specifically, the hoarding should be highly-visible behind large trees and across a wide pavement
Give a going-out feeling: cocktails and/or Sunday lunch in the pub
The scheme is at the higher end of affordability and is expected to appeal to buyers aged between 27-39.
Post House is being offered initially with priority to LB Hounslow live/work (cascading to west London) so the brand was intended to appeal to a diverse local demographic including a large south Asian visible minority (34%)
